Rename platform-specific Managers/ to ShareExtensionBridge/#128

The iOS/Managers and Mac/Managers directories hold share-extension IPC wrappers, not general managers. Renaming to ShareExtensionBridge makes their purpose self-documenting and avoids confusion with Shared/Managers. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
